Cold platters are offered in a disposable black platter with a clear plastic dome lid sealed with a tamper-proof sticker.
Hot platters are offered in a disposable foil platter with a clear plastic dome lid sealed with a tamper-proof sticker.
The foil platter is suitable for reheating in the oven once the lid has been removed.
