Guidelines for platters:
Cold platters are offered in a disposable black platter with a clear plastic dome lid sealed with a tamper-proof sticker.
Hot platters are offered in a disposable foil platter with a clear plastic dome lid sealed with a tamper-proof sticker.
The foil platter is suitable for reheating in the oven once the lid has been removed.

Storage guidelines for frozen meals:
The product must be kept frozen until the time of use.
Defrost all frozen meals thoroughly before heating and consume within 2 days thereof.
Our Freezer meals are freshly frozen, please use food from freezer within 2 months.
Heating guidelines for frozen selection:
Frozen meals must be defrosted thoroughly before heating.
Remove the lid from foil dishes and heat in 180°oven for +- 30 min or in microwave until heated thoroughly.
Kindly note times may vary depending on oven/microwave.

Delivery is only available for orders over 10 units.
Delivery is only available in a 50 kilometer radius. If your address exceeds this radius, you will be charged per kilometer over & above.
